Answer
- From the "Home" page ("Project list"), click on the name of the project.
- Roll the cursor over the "Project" tab at the top of the page, and click on "Share".
Then, to add a new user (collaborator) to SchoolMeasures:
- Click on the "Invite to project" button, type in the email address of the user that you want to grant access to this project in SchoolMeasures, type in a short email message (or leave the default message), and click ü.
- Click the "x" in the top right of the window to close the window.
The invitee will receive an email invitation that directs her/him to sign up for SchoolMeasures.
To quickly add an existing SchoolMeasures user to this project:
- Click on the "Invite to project" button, type in the email address of the user that you want to grant access to this project in SchoolMeasures, uncheck the "Send notification?" box and click ü.
- Click the "x" in the top right of the window to close the window.
- Refresh the page (go to "View" at the top of the browser window, and click on "refresh" or "reload"). You should now see the name of the new collaborator in the list of "Project collaborators".
Helpful shortcut if the user you want to add as a collaborator to this project is on your "Friend list"
- Click "add as collaborator" next to the name of the user you want to add, and click ü.
- Uncheck the "Send notifiction?" box in the pop-up window and click ü.
- Click the "x" in the top right of the window to close the window.
- Refresh the page (go to "View" at the top of the browser window, and click on "refresh" or "reload"). You should now see the name of the new collaborator in the list of "Project collaborators".
