Q. How do I work on existing items?

View a list of items for a specific project

From the "Home" page ("Project list"), click on the Project name. Click on a Category from the menu on the left. or Roll the cursor over the "Reports" tab at the top of the page, click on "Snapshot", select the desired parameters and click "Submit".

View a list of all the items that you own for all projects

From the "Home" page ("Project list"), roll the cursor over the "Home" tab at the top of the page and click on "My items".

View the details of a specific item

Click "Expand" for the item or click on the name of the item.

Add to the stream of communications

Type into the "message log", add any attachments, and click "share".

Change item descriptors such as status and priority

Click the appropriate drop down menu and make the selection.

Change the item owner ("owner")

Click the box next to the name of the new owner and unclick the current owner.
